Consumers lacked a seamless way to connect daily wellness habits such as diet, activity, and biometric data with smart appliances and clinical services. Existing apps were fragmented, which limited engagement and integration into everyday routines.
Solution :
We developed a wellness app that integrated dietary tracking, activity monitoring, and biometric inputs through LG’s smart appliances and Amazon’s ecosystem. The platform was designed to evolve further by enabling remote prescriptions and teleconsultations, positioning it as a scalable, future-ready digital health hub.
Challenge :
Building a unified ecosystem with Amazon and LG required bridging very different domains: e-commerce, smart home appliances, and healthcare. Technical hurdles included syncing dietary and activity data across devices, integrating third-party biometrics via APIs, and preparing for remote prescriptions and telemedicine under strict healthcare regulations.

This Amazon × LG collaboration created a next-generation wellness app that transformed smart appliances into health companions by bridging lifestyle, data, and care.
